She can indeed appear as an enemy somewhere though, but maybe just not one you have to fight directly.

Well yes, I guess that's the point I should've made, but I just didn't want to make what I was gonna say sound like a spoiler. But basically yes, she should have a polarity reversal device that you need to smash. I guess it's like May and her sword, except you have to attack the object, not the person.

This loli is not wearing any pants.
That renders your argument invalid.

Nice game , but i did notice something odd.
Lets see... when Chrona and Ria are *leaking* ~ Status.... etc... <--- Walked all the way from the battle area with monsters to the teleport
you can have a random chance of walking all araund the place with that status,
ofcourse at the snails speed... <--- caused when walking a few steps , saving and then loading... <--- plus them only leaking* not having an accident...
Experimented to see if there's some hidden stuff like when *Both of them are leaking... <--- made it to the restroom nothing hidden or special... Yeah was trying to see if there's something hidden...
So i have no idea... but it does seem odd... <--- its like *having an accident* % , chance or step counter (idk) resets on saving and loading ~ ofcourse i've had mixed results , there were times when only 1 step was needed for the accident , outher times 3 - 5 more steps...

...I'm not quite sure what you're saying exactly, but with the leaking status there's simply a random chance every few steps of losing it.
Theoretically it is possible to walk around endlessly with the status and never have an accident, but that's like saying it's possible to roll a million dice and never get a six.

secretssssssssss

just saying that its kind of odd... i have noticed other games *Save the chance/dice* so you cant go on an endless roam...
Doesn't have to mean anything bad...

After you have had an accident, and that is your status, I feel like the towns people should have dialogue to match that, like when you are desperate. I love the game though, can't wait for more.

Lisk

This game is currently going in the direction of being a character-driven 剣と魔法とおもらしモノ with its complex system, and NPCs reacting to accidents are a part of that system. But while having such a system is nice, it's better to build it along with the storyline. No need to focus on building it right from the start, let's wait and see where this game takes us.

剣と魔法とおもらしモノ

Oh god, I hope I never have to deal with as many common events as that game has (900+ last I checked).

But yeah, there's at least one more idea I have for the general system that nobody's brought up so far, which should open up the chance for a lot more very varied scenes.

the switch puzzle I think it's broken
even if I touch only the blue switches and the purple one that blows the crystal and never touch red monsters it tells me that I need to flip more
there is a path with 3 switches different colours and the middle one is between blue and purple. if I touch that it iells me that I violated the rules
how do I pass that stupid bridge? I flipped thoes damn switches over and over lots of times. What do I do when I encounter monsters on the way? Fight them? Leave the red ones? Flee?

Lisk

It's brutal, but not broken (actually, your despair and suffering fills the me who managed to solve this puzzle without resorting to any help at all with power).

I've answered this question loads of times to people on omorashi.org, but in this case the full solution was posted in page 1 of this thread.

Rainyday

For the record:
I'm in no way favoring omorashi.org, but the Aquarius thread over there has more activity, so if anyone only checks this thread and not the other one then there are a few neat things (mostly replies to Lisk) I've posted there that you might have missed.

Highlights:

List of small things in the first release you might have missed
Chrona Question Time
Ria bonus art
Ria Question Time
Teaser images from the next release (Which is still a long way off)

As well as the never-ending suffering of people stuck on the button puzzle.

(As Lisk has proven, I'll probably answer any question at all unless it has spoilers)

Speaking of that thread, I just had an idea. RPG Maker engine is designed to recreate the feel of JRPGs from 16 bit era, right? They used to have the difficulty that can only be called brutal these days, but there was another thing about their difficulty. The extra dungeons. If you can beat the game, go ahead, beat it, but you will only get some extra things if you're really strong enough to get them. A lot of people complained about the difficulty of the switch phase. Even I had to switch from "okay, everything's in the tutorial" to "wait, I have to think my way through it" mode. Some people can solve the puzzle, some of them can't, and they requested an auto-win option after some tries. So I thought: how about giving the people who actually did that thing by themselves a little reward that doesn't affect the gameplay, but clears up some things about the game lore? Even if you fail, you will get further, but you won't get the reminiscence of the embarrassing moments the characters experienced before, ending with Wehihihi.

Rainyday

Aquarius progress going well, but here's another fun FD project that I've got running on the side:

LILLICA QUEST

Made on omorashi.org because this sort of game needs a lot of input from a lot of different people.

(Maybe I should create a new topic in 'Links of Interest' for this? Who knows.)

Lurkerson

I LOL'd when that spider landed on her head.  You're doing a great job with that one.

It's been coming out amazing, believe me I've been making rainyday overwork on the drawings with my incessant posting  :blushing:
Are you sure that we are awake? It seems to me that yet we sleep, we dream.
