looking for a particular anime

i know this is a long shot   but I saw an anime  once where the girl in the beginning is a super hero   gets into a fight and gets her head knocked off   she    is then put into the robot body  of a younger girl and brought back       ive seen it on here before    a while back   but cannot find  it    does  anyone know the name of it ?   thanks
