I actually haven't cried during an anime yet. I came close to crying a couple of times, but nothing that has made the tears flow, yet.

.....watch aishituruze baby. then naruto shippuden episode where (you know who) dies. then kodomo no jikan episode where mother dies. (flashback) then another episode of aishituruze baby. and end it off with a little snow fairy sugar; the episode where greta gets the piano for her birthday.

that line up might spark a little tear action.

I cry during video games as well, like Persona 3.

You shouldn't cry for Persona 3. Persona 3 wants you to be happy.   

I actually cried when I thought Kaoru died in the Rurouni Kenshin manga. I read it when I was in high scholl and started to cry a little in class.
