I would have to go with option 2. Why? Because watching them squirm in desperation and try to hide it as I watch them slowly lose control is part of the entire package. You are speaking my language, my friend. I couldn't agree any more. Deliberate wetting omits one crucial element to female desperation, and that is 'desperation'.

With regards to the options, I would like to see a bit of a middle ground. If you look at my fan fics I always portray the characters to first slowly loose control, and regaining it, just before completely losing it. The sudden release is an overwhelming element, that enforces the embarrasment and helplessness of the situation.
So on that front, particularly considering pics and movies, I would go with option 1.

It's hard for me to choose these 2 options... no.1 has powerful cascades, wonderful puddle and massive urine flow along her legs madly like a waterfall. Though 2 she tries to stop it, that means she's really dignified and would never give up, the element of desperation and humiliation are therefore stronger.
