If one wanted to apply for Advanced Membership, how would he go about doing that?

I would suggest that you hold your horses, at least until I get a working computer back. If none of the other mods thinks you qualify yet, then patience is pretty much all you can do.  Just give me a chance to get back online with a real computer instead of this PS3 and maybe I'll be able to discuss your elligebility with other moderators.
