It's in the exact same place as this topic. -_-'
Ah ha ha ha.... What Star means to say is that the reply button should be in the same in all the topics. The forum is designed so that most pages look like this so that you don't have to keep looking for the reply button in a different space when you go to the next page.
Anyway, technological gibberish aside, welcome to the forums. I'm packrat. Pleased to meet you. ^_^
