A friend of mine once snorted cherry Kool-Aid powder when we were in 7th grade, and this was back in 1995. This isn't really a new thing. What the teacher should have done was just put a DUNCE cap on the boy and made him sit in the corner for a few hours, maybe send him to the principal's office too.
He learned how to do this from a girl in his class too. The real issue here is
where the fuck were her parents when she was watching people snort coke on TV, or the internet, or whatever?
