well, what i'm looking for in this is... implied, wetting, desperation, toilet use, and toilet humor,

There is (was?) a comic called Gold Digger in which one of the characters forgets to use the bathroom before getting on a submersible and ends up having to hold it. It's implied that she ended up using another character's thermos.
In an early Issue of "Excalibur", Kitty Pryde needs to pee while flying over the Ocean;in "Uncanny X-Men 273", Iceman is hogging the bathroom, leaving a desperate Boomer banging on the door.
