Title: The Original Content Thread
Post by: hwchem on July 27, 2009, 10:29:57 PM
So. I fancy myself a reasonably competent illustrator, and every now and then I try my hand at drawing scenes of our very favorite fetish. Since there isn't a specific forum for posting our own stuff (which would probably be mostly abandoned anyway), I decided to make a thread for the creatively-inclined among us.

Some of my own works:

Samus, which I posted a while ago in the Image Gallery:

Gloria, from Devil May Cry 4, who finds herself here in an undesirable predicament at the hands of her enemies. It's kind of unfinished, because I got lazy.

And some tied-up girl wetting her diaper, a kink that some of you may not be into, but hey, I'm sure a good number of you out there are into it.

I'm still learning how to color things with photoshop, as you can see, but I think i'm improving little by little. If you have any requests that don't involve certain other weird things (notably, loli, guro, futa), then I'll do my best to give them a shot. It might take a while for me to do that though, because at my current skill level I'm slow as hell at putting together a complete piece.

If you've got your own works, you should go ahead and post them in here! Because god knows how many drawings I'm going to be able to put out by myself.

If you're still up for taking requests, would it be possible for you to draw a picture of large-size Klan Klan from Macross Frontier having an accident while struggling to get her outfit off and get to the bathroom?

The work you've done is amazing, and makes me most envious (because I don't have any artistic talent at all save for a love of creative writing.)

Attached is a reference picture of the character in question in case you're not familiar (Centre, with blue hair).

I think your work is very good!  Keep up the good work and keep on posting :D  we need some good new artists in the Omo scene.

I do a lot of creative writing and like to have cover illustrations done for my short stories - next time I do a wetting story I might ask if you could do a cover pic of my main character in a state of desperate distress :)

Nice stuff! I like how you imitated the original artwork style with Sniper Wolf.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what kinds of techniques do you usually use to digitally paint stuff, and what programs do you use? I've been messing around with various methods in Photoshop found through various tutorials, but I find a lot of them (like putting down multiple layers of flats and adjustment layers) awfully time consuming and tedious.

Post by: r3 on July 30, 2009, 10:56:54 AM
That is some seriously good art, LivingInfinite. It's great to see someone with their own developed style (like you or hwchem), because it mixes it up a bit when compared with all the other images you see so often.
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread
Post by: LivingInfinite on July 30, 2009, 02:26:08 PM
Thanks r3. :) Wouldn't call my style particularly developed though...if I even have a style of my own yet.

hwchem: Thanks, I'm glad you noticed the Shinkawa style robbery. :)

I'm using Photoshop CS3 for digital stuff. What I've been doing lately is painting in grayscale on a single layer and then adding in my colors on an overlay layer afterwards. I'm thinking that if a painting doesn't look good in black and white then colors aren't going to save it...there's definitely drawbacks to doing that, but I think it's helping me learn.

Nice to run into someone in the community to discuss art techniques with. I don't know much but I'll answer any questions if I can...

I thought I'd just post giving my respect to the two of you. Also LivingInfinite, you're definitely one of the better digital painters I've met. You seem to have a very good grasp of contrast and color! I'll have to try your technique the next time I practice my rendering.

Whoa whoa, wait a sec. r3, you wrote that Metroid fic, didn't you? Didn't realize you had a different name on Nyou Fiction...

Anyways, that story is definitely one of my all-time favorites...Metroid fics have a special place in my heart. But I've always wished that she'd ended up wetting herself...

Do you think you could like...write an alternate ending for me? I'll draw you something in return if you want...it'd mean a lot to me! :77:

Tru: Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, starting off in grayscale gives you less to worry about in the beginning...maybe you'll find it useful.

EDIT: Is this the sort of thing you're looking for? One alternate ending, bad for our desperate heroine, great for us!

Thank you so much. Now all is right with the world. :D Just imagine if people found out about this incident...

I thought I should mention though, that my favorite part of the story is the line about having walked back in wet clothes 'enough' times before...

Maybe it was just a throwaway line, but I love the implications. So if you ever feel like elaborating...that'd be awesome. I hope that's not too greedy. :S

Oh, and let me know what you'd like, if you want a picture. :)

Hey r3, here's the Klan image. Just right click and paste the source link into your browser for the full version.

I realized that the zipper should probably actually be on back of her costume, not on front, but by then I had already worked out a sketch and got too lazy to change it. So ha! You get what you pay for.

to animewetting: I'm more than willing to do superheroines. If you meant a more American comics style, I can certainly try. Some of the stuff I posted so far (like the samus and this klan drawing) has an anime/manga bent to it, but that isn't actually my preferred style.

Woah, that is a prompt reply and an awesome picture! Thanks!

Seeing as you're such an awesome guy, I'll extend a similar offer to you - suggest an idea for a story I should write.

There's only a couple of conditions:

1) I don't do anything really "out-there" like egg-laying or anything, especially not guro or loli.
2) I really don't like scat, so it would be best to stick with just peeing.

I'll see what I can do.

If you wouldn't mind writing another Metroid fic...I'd love to read one where Samus wets herself from being suprised or frightened. Bonus points if someone sees it. That's basically the holy grail of hotness to me...

animewetting: Who, me?

r3: Haha, take your time, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

I was wondering though...what do you think of diapers? They always seemed a natural fit for Samus...what with being in the suit for so long and all...and especially if she's been having all these accidents. Think there'd be any place in your story for that? Obviously I understand if you're too far along in the story or if it's not your thing.

I too would appreciate a good Samus desperation story. The few stories there are on the nyou fiction site are way too short and/or poorly written.

I'll have another piece finished sometime soon, I've been kind of busy with work in the past few days.

blissful relief.

The only thing I'd like better - and this is purely just my sadism - is if the little girl hadn't wet herself as well. That'd have been even more embarassing for Samus, don't you agree?

r3: I understand. But I must admit that I hope you'll do more Metroid fics one day. :D

Ever play Final Fantasy VI? I'd like to see Celes Chere have a fright wetting in front of some of her soldiers during her time as an Imperial general. Of course, if you haven't played the game I think that'd be tough to get into...

Failing that, perhaps you could do a story about Street Fighter's Cammy wearing (and using) a diaper during a fight?

Let me know what kind of picture you want, as well.

That FFVI one sounds ideal, I'll work on it.

However, I must apologise in advance if there's a delay in completing it - I'm off on a trip this weekend and won't have time for writing then. I'll see what I can do about getting started before I go, but it probably won't be done until next week.

As to a picture? Another of my favourite characters, and as a result one I'd like to see this sort of picture of, is Misa Hayase/Lisa Hayes (depending on if you saw Macross or Robotech). I'm interested to see what you can do there!

I'm just going to attach files from now on so Photobucket doesn't go all rules restrictions on me.
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread

 I'm so pleased you've decided to illustrate r3's story. And it looks like the little girl didn't wet herself...or at least that's what I choose to believe.

You've done a great job with this so far...I think it's my favorite of yours at the moment.

I've done a really quick paintover...I hope you don't mind.

I added a screen layer to brighten the entire image slightly, and get rid of the darkest parts. It seems like brushing with black eats up any color you add on top...

Then I overlayed the entire thing with what I think will be the most prominent color in the piece...in this case probably the light blue zero suit. It feels logical to me to do that, since light bounces around all over the place, and there's probably going to be hints of blue in everything in the picture. That's also going to help keep everything unified. I only add a bit of warmth to the face to help it stand out from the rest of the picture; usually the face is the center of interest, so you can do stuff like that to really make an impact.

I've also gone over the background with the soft brush; you had a lot of hard egdes in the background, which is generally going to attract more attention than the background should be getting.

Anyways, maybe some of that stuff will be useful to you...it's obviously far from finished color wise, I haven't even touched the little girl, but that's how I would start.

r3: Thanks, I'm glad you like it...I think it's more that I'm just kind of impatient with art...probably not a good habit.

I really like the face on the Lisa Hayes pic, LI; the expression, style, and blush are perfect.

Wow, you've done it again!

I'm consistently amazed by your (and, of course, hwchem's) art, it's superb.

r3: haha I can't take any credit for that one, that's definitely mostly hwchem's work. I'm certainly tempted to draw it myself though...I won't soon forget that scene.

Fred: Thanks Fred, I'd have to say at least a third of the time on that painting was on the face, so I'm glad you like it.

Thanks for the advice LI, I'll be working on that piece over the next few days. Do you just paint in the colors in Color mode and make other adjustments with the Normal mode brush?
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread
Post by: LivingInfinite on August 12, 2009, 06:54:41 PM
I use the color layer if I'm happy with what I've already done in grayscale and don't want to alter the values. I use the overlay layer to color if I want to also want to brighten or darken something for whatever reason. For that paintover I think I used overlay layers...I tried to post the .psd but it was too big to attach. You might as well try both and see which one works best for you.

But yeah, once the colors are laid in I'll finish up with a normal layer while picking colors straight off the canvas (and throwing in some new ones if I feel it's necessary).
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread
Post by: hwchem on August 13, 2009, 11:35:22 AM
Thanks again!

I still wasn't entirely clear on how you used certain layers, but I did end up putting an Overlay layer, blending it with the sketch, and then applying colors directly to that single layer with a brush on Color mode and Normal mode.

I didn't do too good a job of planning out the lighting (I wanted to put a bright light coming from the direction of the viewer with a dark background, but I thought it'd be interesting to keep the figures highlighted around their edges and put a big swash of light around the middle/bottom of the drawing), but I think it turned out ok anyway.
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread
Post by: LivingInfinite on August 13, 2009, 01:13:31 PM
That's nicely done. Man I love this scene :D

One thing though is that highlights around the edges of a figure implies that a light is coming from behind it...that's usually going to darken the entire figure relative to a bright background, like if you hold you hand up directly in front of a lamp. Interestingly, I think you can get away with not caring too much about lighting with more of a line based style.

LivingInfinite, I've finished your new request. I hope it's OK, it may be a little too "unusual" for you but it's something I found a challenge to write.

It's set around about the time just before you encounter Celes in-game, detailing her arrest and imprisonment - the sort of trauma I imagined would cause her to lose her cool. Has a more than fair amount of desperation and a little bondage too.

Dude, that was amazing. You've gotta be one of the best authors I've come across in all the internets. Your writing is awesome, and your stories have demonstrated a great understanding of the source material and the fetish. Honestly, I could go on about the events in this that really do it for me.

Anyways, I'd consider myself lucky to be able to do more exchanges with you...let me know if you're interested.

@LivingInfinite,

I'm off on a break for the next week, but when I get back I'd certainly consider another exchange, it's great fun to do them.

In the meantime, I'll probably do one more idea from a bunch I have knocking around - would you, or the people in this thread, like to help make the choice?

1) Male desperation (!) fic based on the part in Turn-A Gundam where the protagonist, Loran, is disguised as a girl to seduce/spy on Harry Ord.
2) Original character-based story about a shy girl on a long journey.
3) Fairly standard female desperation fic with some giantess elements, probably based on SDF Macross characters (Minmay and Milia, most likely.)
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread

Hey! That was a great fic, r3. The capture and abuse of Celes has always been one of those popularly pervy events in gaming. Your stories seem to stick to a really nice length, too; just long enough to get a reasonable amount of exposition, but not so long that they start to become tedious treks to the pay-off or repetitive, uneventful affairs.

As for your ideas: male desperation ain't my thing, but don't let that stop you. It'd be great to see what you can do with an original concept; however, what makes fanfics pretty accessible (and probably easier to write?) in particular is the fact that we get to see an established character with her personality already more-or-less entrenched in our minds. Original stories that I've seen often end up in a mire of generic-girl-wets-herself-and-is-embarrassed.

I might try throwing a pic together sometime next week, hopefully. I might even try my hand at putting together a short fic! It's been a while since I've had to do creative writing of any kind, and that sounds pretty fun to me right now.

Ha! You thought I was just lying when I said I'd put something up soon, but you were wrong!

Partly inspired by r3's story, it is just a pic of a fearful Celes sometime in between her capture and her meeting with the party.

Kinda sloppy and possibly still overly reliant on dodge/color balance/level balancing, but I think the lighting works a lot better in this than in my previous images.

Nice work hwchem...and I'm definitely approving of the subject matter. :D

You've rendered the puddle and stream really nicely, and I think you're doing well with the lighting. Maybe check the proportions of the hand though - the length of the fully extended hand is about the length of the face, from the chin to the hairline. Feathered lasso tool + free transform would solve that pretty fast in this case.

Thanks LI. I knew the hand was overlarge when I finished the pic, but I didn't really know how to reduce it without significant work, so I figured "whatever, nobody'll notice." Thanks for the tip though, I'll probably need to use that pretty often.

Here is a picture of Wonder Woman rescuing two sisters from being crushed by a giant heavy object of some kind or another. Unfortunately, she seems to have experienced some plumbing problems after slightly underestimating the heft of said object (much to our delight!). You just know that that teenager is going to go post some embarrassing blog or twitter about the famed Amazon as soon as she gets to safety. It just isn't Diana's day, I suppose.

It might be my last large scale colored comic book-style pic for a while (at least, one that is neatly drawn and colored). I had forgotten how much time it took to conceive, sketch, "ink," and color an entire picture, even one as simplistic as what I did. I thought it turned out pretty nice and comic-booky, though.

edit: also it hadn't occurred to me just how long I made Wonder Woman's legs. Yikes!

That's really good, and a fine way to end before taking a break.

I like the way you draw faces, they're expressive and stylised in a way which suits a cartoon and comic style! I think I speak for much of the board when I say it will be good to see more from you, but in your own time.

Alrght, here's something from me:

http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/9756/lynn.jpg (http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/9756/lynn.jpg)

Great picture hwchem. I couldn't ink to save my life. I also think accidents due to exertion are pretty hot...like that one French gymnast lady. That's fairly unexplored territory as far as the fetish is concerned, I think...but maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.
Title: Re: The Original Content Thread

Thanks r3, hopefully you keep up with the fics too! I'll keep posting pictures, of course, just ones that aren't quite so involved in terms of sheer labor.

LI: yeah, inking isn't something you expect to be difficult until you've actually tried it, at which you realize just how much work it really is. Even simple digital inking ends up being a lot more than I bargained for.

I like how your drawings have a lot of "fluidity" to them; you seem to almost carve your subjects out of some kind of flowing, shifting rock and the resulting effect is really beautiful. I've been trying to get rid of the sort of static, rough nature of my own images.

As far as exertion accidents go, I did have that image somewhere in the back of my mind at some point, along with that video of the female weightlifter wetting during competition. I figure that as long as I have the ability to illustrate my own scenes, I might as well try to explore the less-traveled avenues of the fetish.

r3: Glad you like it. It's funny you say that though, because I'm gravitating a little more towards anime and Japanese illustration recently.

hwchem: Thanks, that's nice to hear. And yeah, I'm honestly a little bored with girls wetting themselves just from waiting too long...there's probably still a lot of pure desp situations that I haven't thought of, but I think a combination of desperation and some other cause of wetting is a lot more fresh and interesting.

I'd be interested in doing another such trade if you're still interested.

I love it, I love it! :D Your work is always worth the wait, r3. I'm amazed at how you worked in all of my suggestions, and it still came off naturally.

You've been writing the accidents more detailed now, and I'm liking that...but perhaps you could push the detail even further. I know it's gotta be tough to do in first person...and I actually like that you focus more on the psychology and less on physical descriptions. But it's still kind of the money shot, so I want to know more about how she feels in her wet clothes, about the color and texture of her underwear, and all about the little leaks before the wetting...you know, all that good stuff. Don't feel obligated to flesh this story out, but I'd definitely appreciate it if you did.

FD content aside, I love the line about feeling weak without her armor...I'm thinking that aspect of Samus is the most perfect opportunity for role reversal in all of fiction. Incidentally, that's why I liked your fear wetting story with Samus so much.

Anyways - of course, I'm still interested in doing exchanges, and I'm glad you are as well...I haven't had so much fun doing art in years. Just let me know who you'd like. And I feel bad being the guy who's always asking for special situations, so if you have anything like that in mind just give me the word.

As for the story I'd like, I realized that I absolutely loved the bondage and domination in your Celes story. If you're willing to do another Samus story (last one, I swear!) I'd really like to see something like that happen to her - I'd like to see her arrested and humiliated in a similar fashion, after disobeying orders...perhaps after the events of Metroid Fusion. There should be two wettings - once in her armor when she's captured (making good use of her new, rather diaper-like filtration system), and once more in captivity...both from fright, please. If you're up for it, whatever sadism you can muster can only score you bonus points.

And yes, that means I'll do two paintings for you in return. :P

Good work on the fiction, r3. You can really never have too much Samus embarassment 'round these parts.

Speaking of which: I drew a pic! kind of a sloppy sketch, because I only have so much time these days to draw random junk. Not strictly wetting-related, either, but I'm sure it appeals to some people here.

Oh also...when she falls and 'dark stains form' on her suit, did she pee herself a bit or are you talking about the mud? It's a bit ambiguous, given the context.
