Oh, I've done that before; I had to go around and around with AT&T for 4 fucking weeks before they finally found the problem WHICH I TOLD THEM THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM! :lol:

To be wholly honest, I've never had a big problem with my Dell HD (the monitor wore out, though, but a simple replacement monitor fix'd that. :lol: )...
And I hate that companies redirect calls to "India" of all places. X_X
that is a bad dell customer service althought the guy should have been a little more calm in that
