A friend of mine once snorted cherry Kool-Aid powder when we were in 7th grade, and this was back in 1995. This isn't really a new thing. What the teacher should have done was just put a DUNCE cap on the boy and made him sit in the corner for a few hours, maybe send him to the principal's office too.

He learned how to do this from a girl in his class too. The real issue here is where the fuck were her parents when she was watching people snort coke on TV, or the internet, or whatever?

No word on whether or not he sniffed the Smarties through a Twizzler.
