Its called Omorashi Fantasy  and it looks like its in the same style as the wetting adventure (or wetters talken)
The link for the game in the second link at the bottom.
The only problem is i dont know how to play it. I think it uses rpg 2000 to play but im not sure.
Any help on how to play this would be appreciated.

Ps. i looked at some of the character pics and it looks like there are some male wettings too. (although im not %100 sure)

I've downloaded and extracted it into my computer. But how do I launch / install the game? Can anyone tell me please?
Anyway what is that wetting adventure you were talking about? Can I still play it? Sorry for asking silly question cause I'm pretty new here =D

Thats the wetters talken one.
To play this i know that you have to goto regional and language options then change -in the advanced section- the language for non unicode programs to japanese (it requires a restart). ive played this ages ago so if you need to do anything else for this, i just couldnt remember.

EDIT: Seems to work if I paste in the .exe from another RPG2000 game, I guess they're interchangeable. Also looked through the picture files and this looks predominantly about female wetting.

In 'Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey' on the DS, there is an EX Mission where you were required to investigate about a haunting in the restroom. The girls said that they felt something 'alive' in the toilet, and they're too scared to use the toilet. Some even ran out screaming.. In the mission report, it is stated that the haunting is causing 'serious morale trouble' to the troops.

I find this very interesting, since SMT games are about humans trapped inside demon's world. I always wondered whether any of these girls have wet themselves in fear when they meet with any of the demons..

Alright I've downloaded both wetter stalken and omorashi fantasy... But I still don't get it, how should I install / launch the game? Can any kind person please tell me? I've never played any japanese games like these before so I don't know... Your effort will be appreciated, thanks =D

Step 1: Set your system locale to Japanese in the Control Panel. Yes, you can use AppLocale, but you won't be able to hook a text extraction tool.
Step 2: Install the RTP (run-time package). If your game was made with RPGmaker XP, you'll need an RMXP package, if it was made with RPGmaker VX you'll need a RMVX package, but be sure to get JAPANESE RTP for RM2000 games, they are quite anal about this stuff.
Step 3: Play the game :).

Make sure your system locale is set to Japanese before you extract anything.

Also, you can turn off the scat in omorashi fantasy if you say 'no' to the question at the very start.

It's not much, but here's a hentai fighting game that's quite good, though frustratingly hard (the infinite heath and SP bar cheat is like the only way to play it. press down thrice on the fairy) anyway, on the 4th or 5th fight, with a plant loli, the loli has an attack that make the fairy pee.

Is there any way of getting any of the Japanese games (like wetters talken) in English?  I don't speak Japanese, and while the video is entertaining, it would be a lot better with dialogue.  (At least I assume it is normally in Japanese, right now it is just a bunch of squares for me, but I assume that is just because I didn't change my settings to be for Japanese).  I saw the solution posted 10 or 11 times about how to do it, but I didn't bother since it wouldn't make a difference to me.

Hmmm...well, I tried to translate it using paint, an online text scanner (http://appsv.ocrgrid.org/nhocr/) and a machine translator, and for the first 20 lines I got 3 words in a row that weren't gibberish, and those were "change of clothes".  Still, this seems like a really good game.  Could someone give a plot summary or something?
