Yeah, that's Yosuga no Sora. It's episode 2, and the FD scene starts at about 8:30 in.

The Bamboo Blade mashup has scenes from Episode 8 (which is where the fidgeting comes from), but even then it has nothing to do with needing to pee.

This is why I never trust any of the mashup videos...

Wait a minute, i've actually watched this before but it was a few years before i started keeping a list. This is Love Doll episode 2. I forgot all about it. >_<

So now we have that, the episode number for Yosuga No Sora, and we know Bamboo Blade is a coincidental pose. I'll update the list right now.
