Sounds like it would go fine in General to me. Well, depending on how intense the ranting is. I guess it's fine if you keep it to  and not

Just to add on to what B.u.S. has mentioned, there is also a ranting thread somewhere in that section, although because no one has posted in it, it's probably at the last page of the forum. 

In other words, LOOK HARDER, YOUNG ONE AND YOU WILL SEE THE LIGHT!
