I'd have to say that the desperation is by far the more enjoyable; however, I feel very frustrated when I don't get to see the desperation all the way through (to the inevitable point of wetting).  As for the wetting itself, please let in be in some article of clothing (esepcilly something that's too tight) like a bathing suit, panties, gym shorts, jeans, or sometimes even an expensive dress; sometimes, however a nice toilet or bush works better.  Oh, and when it comes to age range it depends on the girl, but for the most part I'd say anywhere from about 10-30 (usually younger ages when it comes to video games or anime).

I once saw a woman have an accident in her pants at a movie theater.  This woman was not attractive at all, but it is still an accident sighting up close and in person.

Indeed. For me, it's not just about the wetting. I love to see a girl's reaction to the situation. Especially when they finally give in. There are so many different emotions that they can have, like shock, or embarassment, or simply relief. It just adds a lot to the situation.

I'm a fan of both. Desperation is always a good buildup for me.
