If this were real (i.e. non-anime), then I would have been terribly disturbed. Thankfully it's not. 

Chances are it would have bene Photoshopped if it were a real person.

And on that note, I'd like to direct you a non-Photoshop site named Rotten.com. Have a look through and BE DISTURBED.

Rotten dot com - now that's a tame oldie - I remember their antagonist "ogrish.com", but they have become "liveleak.com".  However, there is still an ogrish forum, and also "uncoverreality.com" for similar bits (and pieces)  - but yea, it's all the non-photochopped side of death...
