I want to know whats your fav onlne comic and why? One of my fav has to be "Better days" by Jay Naylor. Well, one main reason is it have to do with furries.Another reason is have to do with life of one person (mainly anway). If anyone want to read over it heres the link.

I life the webcomic Misfile. and I admit the thing that grabbed my attention was the pot-smoking angel. I also like Antiseptic poetry.

You're asking me to pick a favorite? Just one? How cruel! I love all my webcomics as though they were my own flesh and blood!

(Okay, maybe that was lies and treachery. Or at least gross exaggeration.)

Still, it's hard...my answer for today is... *struggle* Girly. Although if I had posted on another day, I might have said any one of Gunnerkrigg Court, YU+ME, or Girl Genius. Maybe you can find a common theme among all my favorite webcomics?
This is an experiment of sorts. I don't really expect most people to care about my music listening habits.

My favorite comic that still updates would have to be Errant Story, with Sinfest coming in a close second

My favorite that doesn't update very often is Tomoyo 42's Room. The artist, Dan, is one sick little monkey.
On the internet you're only as smrt as your spell checker.

Bob Right

tough choice, but my favorite would be Cyanide and Happiness.  This fills my dark sense of humor usually left unshown.
Note: don't read if you don't have a dark sense of humor.  You have been warned...

My favorite comic? hmmm... I have to go with Doctor McNinja (http://drmcninja.com/index.html) followed closly by Drowtales. (http://www.drowtales.com/index.php) In Dr. McNinja, The main character is both a doctor and a ninja, going around on various adventures, like beating up Ronald McDonald, punching dinosaurs in the face and killing pirates with frozen shamrocks. Not only is it really funny, but it makes you realize things points of view that are so bizarre, that they might be true.
I like Drowtales because of the fact that not only does it update six times a week, the art is really well done, and I really connect with the characters.

For a long time, my favorite comic was one called "All Roses Have Thorns", but lately nothing much has been coming of it, so I really don't have a favorite one right now.  Although http://www.bobandgeorge.com/ is really funny if you like Megaman.  Very creative use of sprites.

My favorite is "Mega Tokyo" (http://www.megatokyo.com/). I've followed it since the beginning, and even though it doesn't have a firm update schedule, I love the crazy story lines and the characters...Largo's antics are especially hilarious.

"Questionable Content" (http://www.questionablecontent.net). I've gotten hooked on it after a friend showed it to me, and now its one of my favorites. Its a good "Slice of Life" comic.

Anime_God

It doesn't have a running story which a lot of what was posted seems to have, but my favorite would have to be Penny Arcade. I know the characters are half-fictional, but they make a great gay man....something man comedy duo, I forget what the second one's supposed to be. And I just the dry cynical humor.

FallenStar

The only one I knew about before reading this topic was Sexy Losers (and maybe VGcats).  There was this one comic on Sexy Losers where the woman had to pee during oral sex and when she lost it and peed into the guy's mouth, he was thrilled as hell, even though she was disgusted by what she had done.

Ocelot

Little Gamers (Little-Gamers.com) is by far my favorite comic so far on the web still going, but an honorable mention goes to Last Days of Foxhound (gigaville.com) for their awesomely funny interpretation of the mgs universe.

TaintedLove

On a scale of 1-10, this thread fails pretty hard.  Seriously, Jay Naylor?  Don't post about that neocon asshole on my board.

Also, Megatokyo?  Seriously?  Generic gaijin fantasy told through sketches?

And of course, CAD, "drawn" by Tim "B^U" Buckley.  Enhh.

Time to post some real Webcomics.

Like Minus!  Minus is a fantastic watercolor comic, styled after the classic newspaper strips from the first half of the 20th century.  However, with beautiful color, and an adorable protagonist, Minus may outrank them all.  It can be read at http://www.kiwisbybeat.com/minus.html.

Also, Dinosaur Comics, which I couldn't do justice with any sort of description.  Check it out if you like weird, off-beat stuff.  It's located at http://www.qwantz.com/.

Also, xkcd, a geeky but fun little strip.  Check it out if you don't mind stick figures.  It's at http://www.xkcd.com/.

Try harder next time guys, come on.

(I wasn't going to comment about Megatokyo and CAD.)

MaidThree knows what's good, I think! Minus is undeniably awesome; it's a shame it's over... Dinosaur Comics is astonishingly well written, especially considering its basic premise and the fact that it's updated every weekday. XKCD has been pretty hit-or-miss for me lately, but where it's good, it can be downright brilliant.

Buttlord GT was, in my opinion, an absolute winner. It's since finished it's run, but pure pisstake from beginning to end. Then again, most atomictoy comics are gold.

Or, if you want currently running comics, Pokey The Penguin is a surreal non sequiter comic thats simply insane.

My favourite Pokey comic is this one http://www.yellow5.com/pokey/archive/index62.html

Anyway, my two cents.

I used to read a lot of webcomics a while back, but now am kinda in the habit of waiting about 2-3 months then reading all the comics at once.

The only one i've really kept up with is VGcats, super effective and Order of the Stick which despite having never played or even watched a single game of D&D my entire life, still get plenty of the jokes and find the story interesting.

I used to keep up with CAD, until the whole miscarriage thing.
