I dont get how feet can turn people on

The same way breasts and ass and pussy turn people on. Well, the same principle at least. In my case it's the shape/length of the toes, arch, skin texture, nails, thin ankles, and I get more turned on if it's in public and they're barefoot or wearing open shoes. To me it's almost the same as if they walked around with their breasts out, it's just a different part I'm interested in.

On a side note, I've noticed that most bare feet in anime are weirdly shaped or underdeveloped, like the artist just scribbled them in at the end.
