Hmm, try and imagine the following:

the girl is getting dressed in her bedroom early in the morning, but then her sister (or someone) in the bathroom turns on the faucet, and she finds out she hasn't been since the previous evening.
She just manages to het her bra on, rushes to the bathroom, to find that the same sister is still in there. She knocks on the door, hops about for a few seconds, and when her sister comes out, there's a nice puddle on the floor.
Lovely situation, which I think classifies as "underwear only".
But the others are beautiful too, in a good setting.

It has to be clothed, otherwise it's too staged - like a porn film or something. That's why the hentai clips sometimes posted do nothing for me at all.

At least there's the illusion of it being realistic, and it's that which counts. But then again, my tastes are a little odd anyway (I find the desperation more attractive than the actual moment of losing control.)

Clothed's the best, makes it seem a little more natural when a lot of wettings can actually be deliberate. If she's nude, the desperation better be obvious, or as previously stated, the whole thing looks staged.

Since I strongly prefer FD and wetting to free-peeing, fully clothed is the best. It looks completely like the real accident.

Underwear or bathing suit seems kind of unnatural, while naked is like free-peeing.

To me, too many movies go from the desperation stage "ooh, I really need to pee!" right to the flood. Isn't it more realistic to have small leaks at first, so that a small wet spot forms. then as time passes, the wet spot grows, until finally the dam bursts. Not that I have had any first-hand experience, mind you, but that seems realistic to me, and that is what I would like to see more of in movies.

Sorry boys, my allegiance has always been with clothed.

Tight jeans have always been a favorite, but skirts are fine too. However, I've never gotten a girl comfortable enough with this concept to the point of offering a "topless experience".

There are generally three general rules for me to get the most enjoyment though.

1: Long and drawn out
2: Lots of holding
3: Many spurts followed by "the dam breaking"

Just my opinion though.
