Oh i can name a few...

Dragon Half: Mink - She should have drank that ex-lax during the tournament instead of giving it to saucer, and it should have been a diuretic instead of ex-lax. (or both at the same time if you would prefer)

Pretty Cure: Honoka - She could be running to the bathroom just as a Zakenna posseses the toilet. Then have to transform and fight while bursting.

Martian Successor Nadesico: Yurika - The episode where she's following Akito around and bugging him and throwing soda cans at him. It should be because he has the only key to the bathroom.

The Slayers: Lina - She's always eating and drinking in those pubs, but never uses the bathroom. Having to fight a group of bandits with a full bladder would have made a good episode.

Strawberry Panic: Nagisa - In one episode she was punished for sneaking out after curfiew. The private Catholic school she attends might have taken away her bathroom privileges.
