I've seen the topic explored occasionally in a few different videos, pictures, and even an RPG. A girl is desperate to use the restroom, and ends up having an accident. I personally, am not extremely into spanking like other people are. Though I do agree that desperation combined with spanking would be a turn on. Especially if she's desperate while getting spanked, getting piss all over him in the process. I don't like the idea of being spanked for having an accident as much as I like being spanked while being desperate. Overall I agree with your post.
well I'm not into the whole spanking as a result of punishment but once you got to spanking while desperate I thought that it seemed a bit arousing
