I've yet to see a scat movie that turned me on. I guess the desperation part could be equally intresting if done right. One problem with scat desperation seems to be that it's usually diarrhea that's causing it. And there's not much you can do about a sudden diarrhea, if there's no toilet next to you you're screwed, nothing you could have done and nobody around you will question that.
