Shikkin Adventure in English

Recently I had seen a website dedicated to translating the Shikkin Adventure game into English, I can now not find that website.  Does anyone know what it was?

Adventure is a lot shorter (or has less to do at least) and has waaaaay more text than 128. As such, it's a lot easier to just use dynamic translation. I found a crack for ATLAS last week, which works well enough. There's another thread here somewhere describing how to use it.

Ok, got it downloaded it, and it runs... some of the text is in English, some in Japanese.. is that how it is suppose to be or did I mis something?
