Yes. a spasm is basically a contraction of muscles. So, when in desperation things they say a 'bladder spasm' or a 'bowel spasm' they'r etalking about the muscles spasming to try and force the stuff out due to overcrowdedness. ^^ a very sexy part of it.

It can also mean just about anything that happens suddenly, with no warning, and doesn't last very long.

On this site, it probably means muscles that spasm during either orgasms or wetting.
