In your memory what is the one (or more) anime desperation scenes that really stands out in your mind?
Ill tell you the one that I remember the most. Its in I's... if thats right. I have no idea what the heck was supposed to be going on but the characters got locked out and the girl ,most definitly, really had to pee.... You can find it on youtube.
Other than that i dont remember any others offhand.... heheheh.. off hand.... haha. :clap: \
The only scene I remember is from the first episode of Elfen Leid - haven't seen any others.

This girl (Itsuki) is a main hero's childhood friend who suddenly appeared in his house when he invited a girl he had crush on. He had to hide Itsuki from her, and she had to pee... :)
As for me, I like the scene from Ichigo Mashimaro episode 6, when Miu needed to visit bathroom, but wanted to stay in air-conditioneered room. She made it just in time, though.
The Elfen Lied one was/is good. I think I have the scene saved on my laptop, too.
i would have to say between nyu fom elfen lied and bluma from db

and from the manga scenes.... gunsmith cats, when rally was hiding in the back of bean's car. gatcha gatcha secret when some girl and a guy (i dont know the names) were handcuffed together, and onother one where some female (even though she kinda looks like a boy) was stuck in a bus while desperate (i think she was some sort of idol).
Nyu in Elfen Lied of course, it's also the only one I know :sweatdrop:

in anime either nyu in elfen lied, hakufu in ikkitousen or shion in higurashi.
Man, what a drag. I just spent 15 minutes writing up an exhaustive description of my favorite scene ever and the board logged me out sometime during its creation, so I lost the whole bloody mess. Oh well, here it is again:
For the ultimate combo of desperation, wetting, and wetting-based-humiliation, my money is definately on Itazura Episode 1. I mentioned it briefly in a list thread elsewhere, but will detail it further here, since it is topical.
A female undercover cop is tracking an alleged serial groper on the train system. She gets caught with a full bladder between stops and literally spends a good 4+ minutes in agonizing desperation, commenting to herself mentally about her discomfort many times over. She does a lot of squirming and shifting around, urging the train to move faster and pressing her crotch against a handrail to try and stem the urge. During the course of this, the perv decides to target her for his tender ministrations. She wants to turn around and arrest him, but is afraid that if she moves, she'll pee. So instead, she decides to endure it until the next stop, where backup is waiting and she can see the perv in cuffs.
Unfortunately for her, she doesn't make it. Her desperation continues to mount as the groper fondles her through her panties. Eventually, the view settles on her undies, already damp from the fondling, and she loses it completely. You get a great shot of them darkening, then expanding a bit, then practically bursting as she pees all over herself, the train floor, and the perv's hand. He recoils in shock and flees the scene, leaving her huddled on the floor in a titanic puddle of pee, crying to herself. The crowd on the train all move away from her, though many point and laugh.
With a triple header of really prolonged, intense desperation, copious wetting, and wetting-based-public humiliation, this scene really takes the cake for me.
Only one I have ever seen, don't know what it was from, but it appeared that an unsuspecting weather girl had been unknowingly drugged, resulting in some lovely on-air desperation, though no accident was shown.

Ah yes. I believe the anime was in fact called
Weather Report Girl. The poor lady had to poop in the worst way from that laxative...
I liked the one's in Servant Princess, even though it was a mediocre hentai..

That scene, as well as many of the others on the main list, has already been uploaded by one of the users in another thread. I don't recall which user it was, at the moment, but he uploaded several scenes in a single folder. Do some looking around and I'm sure you'll find it.

This was in Cool Devices number 6.....in the middle of this H Movie there are three really hot wetting scenes.....one focuses on desperation, the second on fear and the third is peeing on porpous. the rest of the movie is a hardcoreporn which i dont really like very much....but as i reached the first scene in zthe middle of the movie i knew it was worth watching it. it can be downloaded as a torrent very easily

I'm going to have to agree with the Itazura ep.1 being my favorite.
