Not a movie, but in one of the episodes in the latest season of Weeds, Mary Louise Parker's character is stuck in her car at the Mexican border and has to pee. She ends up peeing in a cup, and it was a really good scene for mainstream TV.
Kiss of the Dragon has a nice FD shot.

I know this probably doesn´t helps AMERICAN Readers, but the German Movie `Mondscheintarif`(2001) has some good Female Desperation: The Main Character Cora gets a Bladder Infection and is shown suffering on a Graveyard in the Rain; after trying unsuccessfully to find out where the Toilets are, she runs off and is shown squatting behind a Gravestone.
Not an actual wetting or desperation scene, but in Pineapple express one of the girls said that the guy made her laugh so much she almost peed herself, and the guy was like i wish.

This isn't a from a movie, its from a TV series about a British pop band called S Club (7). I should know, i used to like them :blushing:
Its still a semi-good desp scene, takes a while to get to the actual scene in the video, but no wetting unfortunately.
