How to sleep when you need to pee?

When I need to pee even the tiniest little bit I've got a hard time sleeping... errr, I mean it's difficult to get to sleep. However, I'd like to, because of reasons you probably know (why am I at this forum?).

Any hints?

I go before bed myself, I don't have trouble sleeping with a slight urge, in fact I myself am on the verge of sleeping through desperation, but falling asleep desperate, don't know if I can do that, would sound like fun if I were a woman, man are they the lucky ones, especially if they have this fetish

I usually wake up even if I have to pee the tinyest bit..
It's very annoying..
Even if that doesn't wake me up, if something else wakes me up and i feel that I have to pee a little, it's impossible for me to sleep again until I pee..
