You can search for the game: Water closet; the forbidden chamber.  it contains some omorashiscenes, but it focuses too much on shitting which is disgusting to me....but whoever likes it, just download the torrent with azureus or another programm to download torrents.

I played through that game a long time ago. I thought that game was quite a letdown...~_~
