An FAQ? (Suggestion)

I notice there's at least three threads here of people asking why their post counts were removed, (myself included)

An FAQ may be able to eliminate the excessive threads asking the same thing and even if it doesn't members can be directed to refer to the FAQ if they are able to find their answer there.
