Yeah, in case you didn't hear Ocean Marketing(which wasn't a company I had heard of before this) is apparently in a bit of a scandal because their pr guy or whoever was basically a dick/troll. Pretty funny shit.

Although I think it's a bit harsh; not on Ocean, but on the company selling those controllers.

They got a lot of publicity though.

Whoever was doing those emails from that Ocean company is clearly no professional. No matter how badly I get angry at people from AT&T and Dell and the like, one thing you have to always admit is that they are kind and courteous even if their left hand doesn't know what their right hands are doing.

Dave should have just cancelled and reordered without asking. If they actually complain about it he could just say it was an accident (Oops, my finger slipped!!), or have a friend reorder on his behalf to get that $10.
