It's basically saying there's a bill in Washington and I think one in Britain that some huge companies are trying to get passed that will screw over everyone, especially artists, forcing everyone to register any and all photos, artwork and pictures in general with select private registries or else anyone can use anything you make. So a pic of you and your family on a vacation could be used in a random magazine without you getting any notice, warning or even compensation. Same for your artwork!!! IT'S PURELY SOCIALIST!!!

Say you post a picture of you, your mom, your brother and sister on a family vacation, let's say you went rafting, on Photobucket. A company trying to sell fiver rafts or sell rafting trips could steal that picture from Photobucket without your permission or even knowing, put it in an advertisement and use it to sell their product or services. You would get no compensation, notice, or even knowing about it!! And even more-so, if they register that picture as "theirs" with a private registry before you do, they can sue you for using "their" picture!!


By the way, registering your pictures will cost about 5 to 20 dollars a picture, so artists will go bankrupt as well as the average American and U.K. family... Just because of photos and artwork...
