Mainly, a lot of stories usually don't put any kind of emotion to the act. A lot of good fics could be great if they didn't just go "gottagogottagogottagoWHOOPSACCIDENTend." Maybe it's just me, but you actually put emotional depth into it like panic or disgust, and considering how much of this kink is psychological, your fics deliver.
